Solid for Small Biz

Been using SimplyBook.me for a while now, and it's pretty consistent with my previous experiences. The Google My Business Integration is super handy for getting bookings directly from search. My only minor gripe is sometimes the membership management could be a bit more intuitive to set up, but once it's done, it works like a charm. Definitely better than some of the other platforms out there.

Reliable as always

I've been using SimplyBook.me for a couple of years now, mostly for their Class Scheduling and Membership Management. This latest renewal was as seamless as previous ones. The system has always been incredibly reliable, and I haven't encountered any downtime. The Sales Reports and Dashboard Analytics are consistently accurate, which helps me keep track of things easily. It's why I keep coming back; it just works without any fuss, letting me focus on my business.

Great for my salon

Switched over to SimplyBook.me for my salon's appointments, and it's been pretty smooth. Got the online payment option and the SMS reminders, which are super helpful. My clients find it easy to book, and I can actually manage my schedule without a headache now. It's been a good change for sure.

Good system, takes some tweaking

I recently signed up for the paid plan to use the Multi-location Management and Employee Scheduling features. The initial setup for the booking website was straightforward enough, but getting all the employee schedules synced across locations took a bit of time, maybe two days of on-and-off work. The support team was helpful when I had a question about integrating the Video Meetings, responding to my email within a few hours. Delivery, in terms of getting the system fully operational, depends on how much you customize, but the core features work as advertised. The Client App is nice for my customers.

I just got the Online Booking System for my small business and it's fantastic! Setting up the Booking Website was a breeze. My clients love how simple it is to use. I will definitely be renewing next year!
